It's Exam Time for High Schoolers

For thousands of high school kids, today marks the beginning of the last serious rite of passage for this school year. For those in Grade 8, this event triggers sleepless nights filled with stress and torrential rivers filled with facts and information. For those of us that who graduated too many years ago, some may remember the concept of "being recommended". Being recommended, meant that a certain level of achievement during the year earned you the privilege of not having to write final exams. A wonderful privilege indeed. This week the Town Portal salutes all kids, parents and teachers as they go through their annual "labour pains". Exam schedule from SDSS is attached.
