Day one for Christy Clarke. What is going on?

By BYCOOP admin - Posted on 08 December 2010

Day one on the Christy Clark campaign and I am already confused. Cristy is saying that she would like tp take the HST to a vote in the legislature. Didn’t this happen already?

Obviously Christy is trying to capture the anti HST vote in this move but what about the voters who want to hear more about the tax? Is the tax doomed regardless?

She wants to cancel the referendum and hold a free vote. Liberal MLA’s have already voiced their support for the HST.

Falcon and Abbott are already all over Clark on this one.

She is a good communicator and is certainly electable but what the heck is going on?

Can a reduction in the HST by a point or two make it more palatable? What do you think?

Can the outsider beat the insiders?

Here is what Vaughn Palmer had to say

I don't quite get it either
