Tsawwassen Area Plan

Peter Duffey seems a little peeved that there is not adequate representation on the "Tsawwassen Area Plan Committee". He suggests that perhap there is some sort of ruse in play for the fact that the Corporation of Delta is still looking for candidates to round out the committee in a recent letter to the Delta Optimist. With usual one sided analysis, Duffey implies that the CAO of Delta is stacking the deck. I suppose Duffey would like Joan Green, Debbie McBride and Ian Robertson to be the majority in this committee so that they can steer the future for our community. What a joke! The fact that Duffey brings up this idea or that it was published in our local rag only highlights and perpetuates the the absurdity that there are a a dozen people in this community who can think that they can dictate local policy. As usual, Duffey is misled in his reading of community sentiment. What a self centered navel gazer!
