Yes you too can gain 10 plus pounds pounds simply and easily.

Just follow these simple steps:

- drink home made egg nogg. At 850 calories each you can really get a good jump on your goal

- go to as many "Open Houses" as possible. Not only will you save money but you will have the opportunity to eat enogh cheese to sink a small sailboat.

- pray for snow. This way you won't have to walk anywhere which would interfere with your calorie build up.

- Have ham and turkey for Christmas dinner.

- lie on the couch and read that book you got remembering to leave all the candy from your stocking on the table beside you in case you get hungry.

- watch at least two "bowl games" in a row while eating chips and drinking beer.

- most of all, have fun doing it!
