The Happiest Place on Earth!

By Mike - Posted on 06 October 2008

My family enjoyed a fantastic trip to Disneyland recently. I took a billion photos, severasl of which were of the massive power poles that encircle the perimeter of the park and cross over parts of the property including the main parking lot.

Can you imagine how much power it takes to turn this place on in the morning?

Some of the twenty two thousand employees (cast members) that work there daily have been there since opening day. That is the population of Tsawwassen!

I spoke to a couple of ladies in "toon town" who had been there since day one.The issue of harmful effects had come up periodically over the years but the city of
Anaheim, Disney, State and Federal governments have apparently never once shut the site down for fear of negative effects on the millions of annual visitors to the park or to its twenty-two thousand daily employees.

Interesting!

Forgot about this one. When Delta staff talks about densifying 53A is that really so bad?

If the set backs to the street were changed it could make some good sense?
