School Gardens Brighten kids eyes

In watching the children interact with their school gardens it reminds you of the sense of wonder that children have in almost any learning experience.
Working with and teaching about the food system is rewarding in hoping that kids will understand the opportunity across the whole food cycle. The economics of food is massive.
Food, via farming, processing, distribution, wholesale and retail is a major contributor to our economy and we need to engage youth to ensure that remains the same.
