Rosemary Anyone?

This plant will get some good use over the Christmas break. Stews, soups and a touch in the Turkey stuffing says Merry Christmas from my backyard.

I do a version of that recipe in my go to roast lamb dinner. I had juice of two lemons right on the potatoes just before serving

Cut the potatoes of your choice in to wedge style....about 6-8 wedges per medium sized potatoe. Leave skin on. Soak in cold water and rinse two or three times over the space of an hour. drain water and pat dry and place in baking pan. Drissle with olive oil, and sprinkle generous amount of fresh chopped rosemary and garlic. Add Ground mixed peppercorns and course sea salt and place in pre heated 425 oven for 45 minutes
