The kids can hardly wait to make some rhubarb jam!

Farmer Mike always tries to weave nutritional helath info for all the veggies that the kids plant. They have been logging some of this info in their daily journals.

I was fortunate enough to receive a lovely jar of rhubarb/strawbeery jam from Mme Kruckenberg last week. Yummy!

We will be harvesting radish this coming week for sure. Yeah!

I'm sure hoping that there will be some crop to harvest and eat before the summer break. Starting to pick up now

We always try to have some snacks on hand so the kids can eat what they plant.

This group of young farmers have radish, carrots, peas and lettuce in the ground. A slow start to spring is just seeing some germination now.
