Pulled Pork

I put too many dried chilis peppers from last year in this batch of pulled pork. A little too spicy for most of guests. If there is enough cold Dead Frog Brew around what is the problem?

I dumped  5 4 inch sprigs of Rosemary in the last batch. Awesome!
