We willbe harvesting the last of these fine specimens over the coming days. Lots of seed getting in the ground now for winter harvest.

I have some Kale still but am wondering how long it will last.

I made salted Kale chips the other day. Key is super high heat but only for a few seconds. I used Canola oil and then sprinkled with a healthy dose of sea salt.

That is a magnificant specimen.
