Food Rev celebration

Mrs. Morrow's grade 2/3 class harvested some early Arugula for lunch today as part of Food Rev week. Very tasty indeed. Buy Arugula futures:) a big hit!

We decided that next week we will make some salsa with our fresh Cilantro. Possibly some Tsatsiki as well. Umm

A ly going on this week. We have put 1200 cucumber seed in to the green house!

heard about the lunch today. wish I was there!

Arugula, strawberries bacon and eggs. We did two bowls. One plain and one with the option of dressing. As I have usually found, no dressing was the number one choice. Grow it and eat it!

A fantastic day all around! When the kids get to eat the first of the crop that they grew themselves you can swim in the pride that they feel! If they grow it they will eat it and that, yet again, rang very true today. Still working in the cutting room. Jamie Oliver movie upcoming. Probably tomorrow. Well done young farmers!
