The Delta School District is Trying to Capitalize on an Opportunity. Should the Municipality...
Work with them in a land swap
Encourage the Disrict to move forward with plans at their Holly property
Treat them as any other "delegation" when they present to council
Treat them like an inferior entity who should be given lip service
