The Copenhagen summit has predictably turned in to a complete gong show. I think we better hold off on floating 45 trillion bucks in cap and trade BS until cooler heads prevail. Sorry for the pun.

I held a poll recently in my neighbourhood. I surveyed 500 people and 498 of them were in support of a development on the Southlands. That is a whopping 99.6%.

Housing Needs in Metro Vancouver
Guess what? We need 800,000 housing units in Metro by 2056. The Southlands proposals are weighing at 1900 units or so which looks after .24% of this need.
