What will South Delta Look like in the Future?
At a recent Chamber of Commerce luncheon, Chief Kim Baird unequivocally stated that the TFN was open for business and that she and the TFN were looking forward to working with their immediate neighbours (us) in the coming years to capitalize on business opportunities. We should be glad for that.

Golf Club Development Clears Major Hurdle
On November 20 the ALC ruled in favour of the exclusion of several acres of ALR land on the North end of the Tsawwassen Golf Club that will allow Shato Holdings to move ahead with its plans for redevelopment and the addition of 500 plus new housing units and an expanded Golf Course. Harvest Time means Sauce....ya baby!
The first week of fall has passed and I am still a little sad to have to say goodbye to summer. My daughter and I went for a swim at Centennial beach last Thursday after school and I asked her if she thought that would be the last one of the season. Being the consummate 11-year-old optimist, Marnie –Lynne asked if I was insane.
